Well, it’s been a while since I’ve updated the blog and to be honest, it was because my motivation just wasn’t all there. Not only has it affected me in my geek life, but in photography and other areas as well, and with the encouragement of a friend, I figured it was time to get back into the fitness routine to drop some pounds and bring my energy levels back up to where they should be.
So the current goal is 220 pounds. Right now, I’m at 270 pounds, so I got quite a bit to go until I hit the goal. And as an FYI, my lean body mass is 190 pounds. So yea, I’m just a naturally big guy. Take after my father I guess. Current daily goal is to get to the point where I’m running 2 miles without stopping and then 3, and so forth and so on. And let me tell you, it’s a royal pain in the butt. Especially when you have to start changing up your diet.
It wasn’t that my diet was horribly bad, but I needed to ‘streamline’ it in order to make my body go a lot more efficient. You can sort of think of food as a fuel as my friend Scott put it. And well, this is going from 89 octane to 93 octane. Perhaps I should just take some current pictures and then keep taking them as I progress. Besides, that will help in shaming me to drop some more pounds anyway.

Most of the jobs today do not require any physical activity and thanks to the advent of technology, we barely even raise a finger. Then comes those take out birthday parties, or team sessions; we cannot resist but increase our over eating habits.Perhaps you have describe the best way to loose weight by motivated to self .
